We offer two types of leadership groups: one for ministry leaders and one for marketplace leaders. While much of the content is transferable, each group is uniquely contextualized to suit its members. We call these groups Operating Rooms (ORs). ORs are offered three times a year on a semester basis, with each session running 10-12 weeks. Breaks are built in to align with the natural rhythms of the business and ministry calendar. Groups can include coaching, or be offered separately at a lower cost.
