Effective date: June 5, 2025

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the internal software application and automations operated by Achilles Coaching & Leadership (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This application is for our own internal business use only and is not distributed to or licensed by the general public.

1. License

We grant authorized personnel within our organization a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to use the application solely for internal business purposes, including managing customers and creating invoices in our own QuickBooks Online company.

2. Permitted Use

The application may be used only to operate our coaching and leadership business, including billing, invoicing, and client record management. It is not intended for use by external customers or third parties.

3. Restrictions

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the application, or use it for any purpose other than our authorized internal business operations.

4. Third-Party Services

The application connects to Intuit QuickBooks Online. Use of QuickBooks Online is subject to Intuit’s own terms and policies. We are responsible only for our own internal use of the integration.

5. Data

Information processed through the application is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application.

8. Changes

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued internal use of the application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
